This soccer crew consisting of players: Nathan Maldonado, Gabriel Cortes, Dante Stock, Joaquin Palacios, Trey Higley, and Carter Bowlden has been impacting the soccer scene unlike anyone else recently.
Sports Culture in the United States has fallen off over the last decade. The street game is pretty much non existent and that early 2000’s feel has completely died. Pay-to-play systems started to take over and the accessibility of sports dropped. That was until the Soy Boys started to host weekly pickup soccer sessions for youth and adult players, completely for free.
It’s a culture thing, people do it… the majority of us just don’t know its happening. But once we introduced it through social media its been ongoing with or without us; which is honestly the goal.

It may still take generations to be shown on the big stage; but, here in Salt Lake City the Soy Boys crew are working to grow the game in ways no one else has.
