Before Craque House had a name, Jordan Reyes had a ball, a duffel bag of pinnies, and a group chat with eleven people in it. Every Tuesday, rain or shine, he posted the same message: pitch at six, bring a friend.
Three years later that group chat is a community of over a thousand, and Reyes is still the first one at Fairmont Park setting up cones. He grew up playing in Rose Park where the fields were uneven and the goals didn’t have nets, and he’ll tell you that’s exactly why the pickup runs stay free.
Nobody gets scouted at a tryout they couldn’t afford. So we made the tryout free and called it Tuesday.
